In today’s society, the average citizen is tied under the government system in which everyone’s desire is power. Power is determined by greed and the profound effects of the individual’s mind to commit whatever seizes the mind. The men and women who serve in office of our governing body seem to only work towards the common interest of all mankind which is to create a strong government so they can keep everyone under control. However, a key component they lack is that by keeping everything under control, what if corruption occurs among the members whose actions effect the citizens of the country in which their failure is inevitable to ours. Whatever wrong they choose to do in which they think is the right thing may not have the same effect on us.

The reason for our present society to be under the typical government system that we suffer from is because their only focus is towards power. Therefore, Damonville has pledged to offer a world based on good virtues and respect distinct from the negativities faced in America. Not only does Damonville wish to strive for utmost virtue and establish the perfect society, but to make sure that it is a continuous and long-lived process. This is one of the major problems in our current society in which we have our ups and downs over the course of history. These problems are derived from one common human instinct and conscious. We as a society are consumed by our desires and selfish reason that we take everything for granted but end up misusing those things which leads to our downfall.
